He has worked with leading institutions including ING, Kommunalkredit, GMP Securities, and Crédit Agricole, focusing on energy transition, infrastructure finance, and emerging technologies such as carbon capture and renewable natural gas.
Paul is a project and energy finance professional with over 20 years of experience spanning London, New York, and Houston. He has held senior roles at Danske Bank, WestLB, Mizuho, and ING, where he led the Energy Project Advisory team for the Americas. Paul has extensive experience structuring and executing multi-billion-dollar financings across the Europe and Americas regions, working with commercial banks, export credit agencies, and multilateral lenders.
